Children’s Clothing Sale
In 2025, St. Andrew's assumed leadership of a town ministry that had been faithfully offered by our neighbors Countryside Community Church for many years: a community children's clothing sale.
The format of the sale is relatively simple. Donations of clean, gently used clothing for kids 0-16 years old are accepted on our porch starting the Friday prior to a sale. Shopping happens from 8-11am on the following Saturday morning. The price of clothes is $5/bag; many people bring their own bags and we have a stash for those who don't. All proceeds benefit the Hopkinton Food Pantry, and we have an extra donation jar that sits at our checkout. Clothes that are unfit for sale, or leftover after the sale, are taken to either the Apparel Impact clothing recycling drop box at Harold Martin School, or by BITS Equine Therapy to Nashua Savers for their own per-pound textile fundraiser.
