The Christmas pageant is just around the corner! This year’s
pageant will be on Sunday, December 20, during the 10:00 service in the Great Hall. There will be three practices:
(1) Sunday, December 6, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. (for kids with speaking parts only) (followed by Sunday School);
(2) Sunday, December 13, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. (entire cast) (followed by Sunday School); and
(3) Saturday, December 19, from 9:00 to 11:00 or 11:30 (entire cast).
Please contact Cindy White ASAP bcdjc@comcast.net if your child or children will be participating in the pageant and if he/she/they would like to have speaking parts. As always, we will need assistance from parents and Sunday School teachers in rehearsing and coordinating scenes and costumes.
Create a Star
Barbara Filleul and the PIT Crew/Youth Class invite the entire parish to create scenery for the Christmas Pageant. Please, make a “stuffed” star to hang from the Great Hall rafters. The stars will be similar to the doves created for Miranda’s ordination. Create your own star pattern or use the pattern placed on the coffee table in the Great Hall.
